Rev. Dr. Young Cho serves as the Global Director of Billion Soul Harvest (BSH), spearheading global collaboration to accelerate the Gospel movement and mobilize the Church toward the fulfillment of the Great Commission by 2033. He also serves as Vice President of Global Church Relations for the GO Movement, helping connect and mobilize churches, ministries, and networks worldwide for evangelism and disciple-making.

In addition, Young serves as Director of the BSH International Leadership Institute (ILI), where he equips and mentors emerging Christian leaders from around the world. He is a passionate advocate for global missions, church unity, leadership development, and spiritual awakening among the nations.

A committed sponsor and advocate for Compassion International, Young actively champions the cause of vulnerable children and families, encouraging believers and churches to demonstrate Christ's love through compassionate action and holistic ministry.

Young has served in ministry for more than three decades as a pastor, church planter, ministry leader, conference speaker, and global network catalyst. Having traveled to more than 100 nations in the past three years, Young has worked alongside church leaders, mission movements, and Christian organizations across every continent.

He serves on the boards and advisory teams of several ministries and educational institutions and is deeply committed to fostering strategic partnerships that advance evangelism, discipleship, leadership development, humanitarian outreach, and kingdom collaboration worldwide.

Together with his wife, Soyoung, Young resides in Jeju, South Korea, while continuing to serve churches, leaders, and mission movements globally.
